System Mechanic Pro is a system optimization suite for Windows. The pack consists of a set of tools to diagnose, repair, and protect your computer, taking care of every aspect of your system. The Pro edition of System Mechanic includes components like System Shield Antivirus & Anti-spyware, DriverScrubber, and Search and Recover.
SMP organizes all the tools in tabs to make them easily accessible. Every task or analysis can be started with one click. The first section you will see is the Dashboard; from there you can run an exhaustive system scan to diagnose several types of problems that range from excessive PC clutter and unnecessary files to registry issues, security vulnerabilities, and system performance, among the most common ones. The scan results appear on a list with a detailed description of each problem found, giving you the possibility of repairing all the issues at once or addressing each one separately.
ActiveCare lets you automate cleanup and repair tasks, using a technology that scans and fixes problems while you're not using your computer so that the process does not interfere with your work. LiveBoost offers real-time performance optimization and informs you of CPU usage and speed. A new feature of this version is PowerSense, which offers instant optimization of power usage. The Internet Security module, in turn, lets you analyze your system to detect viruses and malware, providing real-time protection against malicious software.
Tools to undelete files, accelerate, cleanup PC, and repair the registry, can be found in the Toolbox module. An option to run a full, one-click system tune-up is available, and it is also possible to choose individual tools for specific issues.
As you can see, System Mechanic Pro is one of the most comprehensive PC solutions, providing a wide set of tools and a long list of useful features that work together to keep your computer healthy, stable, and secure. The only problem I found is that the program takes up large amounts of RAM memory.
